Comments: I purchased this receiver replacement system to replace the grey
Merlin hand set on my Merlin 430R door system. I had no wall mounted manual
operation button to wire the receiver system in to however on the garage roller
door system there is a \'strip\' with screws that are attached externally to the
internal electronic components. These are labelled as described, \'GND\' & \'PB\'.
I attached the wires on the receiver unit, as described in the instructions
provided and hey presto my garage roller door is now working again.
I found it very straight forward to fit, it probably took longer to run the
cables in and tidy them away than it did to set the new receiver system up.
The delivery time from APL was very prompt too. A fairly small package so our
postie could fit it through the letter box when I was out. A very pleased
customer.

Comments: A great solution to replace old remotes. It arrived within a couple of
days of placing the order. Very straight forward to fit but 5 minutes is
optimistic to finish the job when sorting out sockets and pinning wires in
place. I used both channels to operate 2 doors, which is very useful. It was
easy to find the connectors on the back of my Slave-Dor motors. The range is
good and so far it is reliable. I am sure this will prove more durable than my
old fragile and bulky Slave-Dor remotes (which are no longer available).
