Goods despatched by courier service
A signature is required for all
goods delivered by courier service and the consignment may arrive between 8.30AM
and 5.30PM. If your order is despatched by
Flight LG
or
UPS
courier service,
your despatch notification e-mail will include a tracking reference
number if available. If no-one is at the delivery address to accept the consignment when the driver arrives, the goods will be returned to your local
courier
delivery depot and a postcard will be left requesting you to contact
your local depot to arrange re-delivery or collect the consignment
personally.
(a charge may be made for re-delivery)
Note:
Please check the packaging for damage before signing for your delivery. In the unlikely event of damage please either sign for
the goods as 'Received Damaged' or reject the goods as damaged and call us
immediately as our couriers will not accept responsibility for any transit damage
unless notified within three days. |
